Dubai – More than 1,100 homes of Al Zahia project in Sharjah has been sold to-date, the developer said on Sunday.
Al Zahia will be home to more than 12,000 people in 2,270 villas, townhouses and apartments upon completion in 2023. More than 1100 homes have been sold to-date and 350 families are already in residence, said a press statement issued by Sharjah Holding, which is developing the project.
Sharjah Holding is a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Sharjah Asset Management. On Sunday, Show Village was launched at Al Zahia, showcasing four luxurious 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes furnished and styled by Crate and Barrel and Maisons du Monde.
